Refunds & Returns Policy

Here at Waypoint Plymouth we make it our mission to ensure you have the most enjoyable time at our venue possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason then please use the contact form below to send us a message and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you are interested in a refund then please review our refund policy below.

Refund on Services

We offer a full refund on the following ticket types, no closer than two days before the event start date. For instance if your event start date is Saturday the 10th then you will receive a full refund if requested for on or before Wednesday the 7th. Those tickets include:

– Single Ticket (any)
– Bubble Ticket (any)

Due to the high demand for our tickets we can not offer refunds that are requested for within two days of, during, or after an event start date.

We do not offer refunds on Private Party Reservations if requested within 7 days of the event start date, during or after.

All refund request outside of our refund policy will be considered at the venue’s discretion.¬†

Late Arrivals

All event attendees undergo a health and safety briefing and equipment induction upon arrival, before they are able to play our games. If you are late and you miss the briefing, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to perform them on an individual basis and therefore you will be unable to play. We will not be able to offer a refund under these circumstances, however a reschedule may be considered depending on event capacity and at the venue’s discretion.

Returns

We do not currently sell any physical products.
