All participants engaging in, hiring, or observing activities MUST sign to confirm they have read, understood, and accepted the waiver and safety guidelines.

Under 18s MUST have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

I wish to participate in Waypoint activities and accept the terms and conditions herein as a requirement.

I acknowledge that:

1. The activities are demanding both physically and mentally, potentially requiring significant physical and psychological effort.
2. They carry risks if not conducted according to the outlined rules, which I have reviewed here and comprehend.
3. I am aware that there will also be safety instructions given out before activities begin, and I will pay attention - if I do not agree, I will make that clear to the staff, and not participate.
4. No unauthorised items are permitted in the building at all.
5. Participants aged 17 and under MUST use appropriate full protective gear. Those 18 and over are strongly advised to do so.
6. Face masks will be worn at all times within the building during Airsoft activities.
7. Waypoint will not be liable for injuries where inadequate protection is used.
8. Waypoint staff will warn players of activities where ear protection is recommended. We accept no responsibility for hearing damage if such recommendation is ignored, or if unsuitable safeguards are used.
9. All participants should wear long-sleeved tops, trousers, and cover exposed skin.
10. Footwear with good ankle support is essential; casual shoes or trainers are unsuitable.

I confirm and agree that:

1. I am aware of the hazards to myself and others in Waypoint activities and accept the inherent risks of the venue.
2. I am fit and capable of handling the physical and mental demands. I have had no recent surgeries (within 12 months) or ongoing treatments that could be worsened by participation, including but not limited to hypertension, epilepsy, spinal issues, or cardiac conditions, as well as pregnancy, asthma, allergies to materials used in protective gear, or any mental health conditions that may impair judgment during high-adrenaline scenarios.
3. I will follow Waypoint rules, use equipment correctly to avoid harm, and heed all staff instructions.
4. I will wear required protective gear at all times within the building, and remove it only in designated safe areas, and when directed to do so by staff.
5. I will ensure all equipment complies with site limits before use.

Assumption of Risk:

I expressly assume all risks associated with participation in Waypoint activities within the building, whether known or unknown, inherent to the activity or arising from the actions or omissions of other participants, staff, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury from BB impacts, slips, trips, falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, or exposure to environmental hazards within the building. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge that such risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death, and I accept them entirely at my own peril.

Indemnity:

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waypoint, its staff, owners, and the property owners from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from my participation, including any claims brought by third parties due to my actions or negligence.

Release:

I hereby release and discharge Waypoint, their staff, and the property owners, from any claims or liabilities arising from participation within the building.

This release applies to myself, my heirs, executors, assigns, and administrators.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Severability:

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
